Situation

Before coming to Atvero, 22 Degrees was looking for a modern document management system that is based entirely on the cloud, since the firm was already moving to SharePoint from previous on-premises solutions that did not meet their project or business requirements. They were also specifically searching for a solution that is integrated with Rapport3 in order to ensure all their current project data would not be out of sync. Thanks to the recommendation of Cubic Interactive, 22 Degrees was introduced to Atvero, a unique project information management software that meets all the requirements: completely cloud-based, built on SharePoint, and is integrated with Rapport3.

Solution

Atvero appeals to 22 Degrees because of its simplicity in deploying and installing. Team members of the firm were able to install the software just by reading the documentations provided by the Atvero team. Atvero is also highly customizable with the company’s own standardizations, providing their team members flexibility in managing project data. The SharePoint backends also help 22 Degrees ensure that all project data is connected and readily accessible anytime and anywhere. In addition, the fast response turnaround of the Atvero support team despite differences in time zones is also a factor that enables the 22 Degrees team to be onboarded quickly, become familiar with the new system, and never miss a deadline, thus improving their productivity in project delivery.

Currently, Atvero is helping 22 Degrees create projects and sync all project data using Rapport3 as one source of truth, manage project documents with ensured compliance, as well as file emails and attachments.
