What is CMap?

Can CMap integrate with our existing software systems?

Yes, CMap integrates with a wide range of popular business management solutions. This includes accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage; CRM systems such as HubSpot and Salesforce (coming soon); collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and Outlook; and business intelligence tools such as PowerBI and Microsoft Access.

Do I have to use the CMap AEC Edition to use Atvero?

Absolutely not. Atvero is an independent product and will remain so. Whilst there is a bi-directional integration between the two products, there is no requirement whatsoever to also buy CMap.

What are the benefits of Atvero PIM?

Atvero PIM is a document, drawing and email management system built on Microsoft 365 for architects and engineers. By adding AEC standardizations and best practices to SharePoint and Teams, Atvero PIM allows organizations to deliver quality projects on a platform that is highly intuitive to all existing Microsoft users.

As the information gatekeeper, Atvero PIM helps minimize project risks by maintaining audibility across the entire project life cycle. With Atvero PIM, documents and drawings are always correctly named, reviewed, and version controlled. This means every piece of sent and received information is always accurate and up-to-date.

Why is it important to have a document management solution in place like Atvero PIM?

More than ever, information management has come under heightened scrutiny with pressure to conform to uniform standards for building information management (BIM) and compliance with global standards e.g. ISO 19650. How do I sign up to Atvero?

Is Atvero a Common Data Environment (CDE)?

No. A CDE is a collaboration sharing tool, whereas Atvero PIM is really focused on you, your organization, and your documents. Atvero PIM has the ability for you to share documents and receive documents from an external organization (clients, suppliers, etc.), but those organizations will not be accessing your own Atvero PIM site or MS SharePoint environment.

How would moving to CMap work?

We have three distinct onboarding plans to help you get up and running as seamlessly impossible, including a welcome pack, kick-off call and process planning session to get you fully up to speed with CMap.

How does onboarding work?

We have three distinct onboarding plans to get you up and running with CMap. Whilst varying in scope, they all include a welcome pack, kick off call, a process planning session to outline the business processes that underpin the CMap Methodology, and access to the CMap Academy for training. If you’re happy to proceed with CMap, we'll bring in one of our consultants to scope the onboarding plan which will help achieve your objectives and desired timing.

How long does it take to install and set-up Atvero PIM?

Atvero PIM can be installed in under an hour. However, the process of setting up projects in Atvero PIM can vary from a few days to a few weeks, depending on the size of your organization and project.

What kind of customer support is available?

We have a dedicated, highly responsive service desk team that are on hand to provide support from the very beginning, alongside a rich knowledge base with step-by-step interactive guides that can provide answers to any feature-related questions you may have. We strive to make sure you never have a problem when resolving issues and finding help.

How does your pricing work?

Our pricing is based on three main factors: (i) number of users; (ii) your chosen CMap plan; and (iii) any add-on modules. Discounts are also available based on number of users and billing frequency. If you book a demo one of our CMap experts would be delighted to better understand your challenges and produce a quote tailored to your needs.

Which CMap plan is right for me?

The CMap plans are deliberately designed to cater for professional services firms right across the spectrum from start-ups to international leaders. Whilst most clients typically start on Growth or Pro, we recognize that each company is unique, and our CMap experts can help recommend the best plan for you in a 1-1 demo.

Can I change my CMap plan later?

Of course! If you reach out to our customer success or support teams they can help you. Our plans are specifically designed to support your company through its growth, and clients often upgrade to higher plans as they scale.

How big do we need to be to use CMap?

Our minimum number of licences is 10, and we work with companies approaching 1000 staff. Our product is available in four plans, crafted for the differing requirements of different sizes of firms, so whether you've just started your journey or you're ready to get investment, we have the right plan to support you.

How does your pricing work for Atvero PIM?

Atvero PIM requires a minimum of 10 licenses for you & your firm to get started. Our product is available in three plans, Essentials, Design & Enterprise. Choose a plan that fits your team size and get access to all the tools you need for your projects.

Can I change my Atvero plan later?

Data & Security

Can I import my existing data into CMap?

Yes. Data import options are available as part of your onboarding, and with 500+ clients we’ve helped clients bring in data from all manner of spreadsheets and different solutions! We have a standardized process for migrating data from many competitors, and can advise you on this.

Can our data from other systems be migrated into Atvero PIM?

Yes, we offer data migration services for Atvero PIM. Installation is a quick process, however, configuring projects within Atvero PIM can take a little longer depending on the scale of your organization and the project.

How secure is my data?

We treat data & security with the highest level of importance and are ISO27001 compliant, Cyber Essentials Plus certified and employ regular external audits, with annual penetration tests and quarterly CISO cyber security audits.
