We have three distinct onboarding plans to get you up and running with CMap. Whilst varying in scope, they all include a welcome pack, kick off call, a process planning session to outline the business processes that underpin the CMap Methodology, and access to the CMap Academy for training. If you’re happy to proceed with CMap, we'll bring in one of our consultants to scope the onboarding plan which will help achieve your objectives and desired timing.
Yes. Data import options are available as part of your onboarding, and with 500+ clients we’ve helped clients bring in data from all manner of spreadsheets and different solutions! We have a standardized process for migrating data from many competitors, and can advise you on this.
We treat data & security with the highest level of importance and are ISO27001 compliant, Cyber Essentials Plus certified and employ regular external audits, with annual penetration tests and quarterly CISO cyber security audits.
